ABOUT C3

Q: What is C3?

C3, Calabrio Customer Connect, is Calabrio’s biggest user event of the year. There is so much to learn over three days of breakout sessions, keynote speakers, networking opportunities and fun! We encourage Calabrio customers and partners to join us for this multi-day event full of innovation, learning and connecting.

Q: When and where is C3 2024 taking place?

September 15-18 at The Green Valley Ranch in Las Vegas

Q: Who should attend C3?

We encourage Calabrio users, administrators, IT professionals, business decision makers, partners and prospective customers to join us.

Q: What meals are provided during C3?

All meals included with your pass will be provided beginning on Sunday night through Wednesday breakfast, except for dinner on Monday night.

Q: What is included in the conference pass?

Conference passes include access to all general sessions, breakout sessions, meals, the Sunday evening welcome reception and the Tuesday evening customer appreciation party. Hotel and airfare are not included.

Q: Is there a discounted hotel room rate?

Yes! We offer a discounted hotel room rate of $209 USD per night plus tax as part of the C3 experience. Discounted rate available until August 21. You can book your discounted room using the link HERE.

Q: What if I need to cancel my registration?

If you need to cancel your registration, there is a $50 USD processing fee until August 15. After August 15, the processing fee increases to $100 USD.

Q: If I am unable to attend C3, can I transfer my registration to another employee?

If you need to transfer your registration to an alternate colleague, please email lisa.olson@calabrio.com with the current registration contact and the colleague you would like to transfer the registration to – this is complimentary.

Q: Will there be a virtual component?

We know magic happens when Calabrio users meet face-to-face! C3 2023 is currently an in-person event.

Q: How do I sign up to attend breakout sessions?

All sessions are first come first served.

Q: What is the dress code?

This conference is business casual. In September, Vegas temperatures range from a low of 57 degrees in the mornings to the high of 96 degrees in the heat of the day. The hotels tend to be on the chilly side – an average of 72 degrees. We suggest you dress in layers. Consider bringing a light jacket, sweatshirt or wrap to wear during the day if you find the rooms to be on the chilly side. Both the welcome reception and our final night, “Light Up the Night Party” will be outside.

Q: How do I sign up to attend breakout sessions?

The Calabrio Customer Connect 2024 mobile app will be live on Monday, Sept 9, 2024. Get access to the event schedule, venue maps, speaker details and more. Receive announcements, obtain the most up-to-date event information and expand your network by interacting with other attendees.

Details to download the app will be sent to all registered attendees.

Q: What do I do when I arrive?

Pick up your name badge and check in at Registration located on level 1 of the convention and meeting space—open on Sunday, Sept 15 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm CT. Please wear your name badge during all conference activities.

You may also register on Monday morning, starting at 8:00 am CT outside the Grand Ballroom before the Opening Session which begins at 8:30 am PT.

Q: How do I connect to the WIFI during the conference?

The WIFI in the conference space is: Calabrio C3, the password is Elevate2024

Q: When do I need my name badge?

Name badges are required for all conference functions. Please wear it at all times when in the conference space. It is also mandatory to have your name badge to gain access the customer appreciation party on Tuesday night.

Q: How do I get from LAS airport to Green Valley Ranch Resort

Green Valley Ranch is 7 miles drive southeast of the Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). There are several transportation options from the airport to the hotel via airport taxi or app-based ride services (Lyft and Uber).

Q: Where do I park?

There is complimentary on-site parking at the hotel.

Q: This is my first time at C3, how do I make the most of the conference?

Whether this is your first time at C3 or you’re a seasoned attendee, join us on Sunday at 5:30 pm PT in La Sirena 2&3 for an orientation designed to help you maneuver the conference and the mobile app to make the most out of your experience

Q: How do I sign up for a 1:1 Ask the Experts session?

Or stop by Del Mar, located on level 1 of the convention and meeting space to check on availability for a 45-minute meeting. This is your chance to get 1:1 time with our product consultants.

Q: Breakout Sessions

We encourage you to use the C3 mobile app to create your personalized agenda. You do not need to sign up for specific breakout sessions before the conference; there will be a seat for you!

Q: What meals are provided during C3?

Food and beverage provided as part of your conference pass:

Sunday Night: Heavy appetizers, beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided at the Welcome Reception.

Monday: Breakfast and lunch. Snacks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided at the Networking Reception.

Tuesday: Breakfast and lunch. Dinner, beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided at the party.

Wednesday: Breakfast

Q: What’s the scoop on the customer appreciation party?

The Client Appreciation event, Light Up the Night, will be on Tuesday, September 17th, poolside.

All attendees are invited to join us poolside to enjoy a scrumptious buffet dinner, yard games, live music and a final chance to network with other attendees and Calabrio experts. Come in shorts and flip flops and enjoy the awesome Nevada weather!

Q: Questions during the conference?

Head to Calabrio Central in the Experience Hall( Exhibit Hall) located in the Grand Ballroom, visit the registration desk on level 1 of the convention and meeting space, or contact cccteam@calabrio.com.

Q: Can I bring a guest?

If you are bringing a guest, they are welcome to join you at the Welcome Reception and the Customer Appreciation Party by purchasing a guest pass for $150.

Please stop by registration located on level 1 of the convention and meeting space or before the Opening Session (located in Estancia Ballroom) to pick up their name badge. Please note the rest of the conference meals, activities and sessions are for conference attendees only.

Q: How do I sign up to attend breakout sessions?

A: Good news for you, you don’t need to sign up—we ensure there will be a seat for you! As we approach the event, stay tuned for session and speaker announcements. We have a conference app where you can build your personal agenda. The app is available on all app stores and will launch a week before the conference. 

Q: What is the dress code?

A: The dress code at C3 is business casual. We’ll broadly define this as traditional business wear with a more relaxed style that’s still professional and appropriate for an office/business environment. Consider dressing in layers as conference spaces can be chilly.  

Q: How do I access the Mobile App?

A: The Calabrio Customer Connect 2023 mobile app will be live on Monday, Oct. 16. Get access to the event schedule, venue maps, speaker details and more. Receive announcements, obtain the most up-to-date event information and expand your network by interacting with other attendees.

Q: How do I get from MSP airport to the Hyatt?

A: The Hyatt Regency is 12 miles drive northwest of the Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP). There are several transportation options from the airport to the hotel via airport taxi or app-based ride services (Lyft and Uber).

Q: Where do I park?

A: Valet and self-parking are available at the Hyatt Regency. Valet parking is $40 daily. Self-parking on-site is $30 daily.

Q: What’s the scoop on the customer appreciation party?

A: Join old and newly made connections at U.S. Bank Stadium— home of the Minnesota Vikings NFL team! Even if you’re not a football fanatic, you will be amazed at the mammoth building and cool art throughout the stadium, not to mention the live music, dinner and drinks. Round trip transportation will be provided.  Busses will depart from the 1st level of the conference space, across from the Nicollet Ballroom from 6:00-7:00pm. Return transportation will be available from 7:00-9:00pm. You must have your name badge for access to the stadium – there will be no exceptions as this is a stadium policy.

Q: Can I bring a guest?
